For the ambit between the Onlineshop ( afterwards: sgier.com) and the orderer
(afterwards: the client) are only the following terms of business valid (afterwards:
TOB). As business connection are all conclusions of agreements understood, on
which scaffolding sgier.com is obligated to deliveries and efforts to the client.
The client confirms with the surrender of the order emphatic to have noticed
the following TOB from sgier.com and fully credited.
§ 2 Conclusion of an agreement
1. A conclusion of an agreement is cardinally only possible with a client that has
completed the 18. year of life and who is fully able to do businesses.
2. The contract is valid through the acceptance of the client order by sgier.com. The order of the client is binding.
§ 3 Purchase price
1. All from the seller mentioned prices are price suggestions without obligations.
On the other side, sgier.com will compute shipping costs additionally. The price

2. sgier.com is not allowed to change, while the order of a client, a price suggestion in the Onlineshop without the permission of that client.
3. The quoted prices do not include shipping nor costs for insurance for the processing of the contract.
§ 4 Supply, Term of delivery,
Rebuke
1. A EU delivery should take around 3-5 days and worldwide around 12 days, if
the item can not be sent electronically. A electronic delivery ( email, downloadlink etc. )
should take place within 24-48 hours. Those time frames are without obligation
and, under certain circumstances, can take much longer. The client has no rights
to complain nor resign in case of delayed deliveries, with the only exception
to resign from the deal, if the delivery is delayed for more than 4 weeks.
2. The delivery takes place always in risk and costs of the client. sgier.com is qualified but not engaged to insure the commodity on accout of the client.

If a client does not object immediately, though he is enganged to after this paragraph, then the delivery counts as approved. § 5 Maturity, Payment, Delay
P ayments are done via PayPal or bank payment.
§ 6 Retraction
Generally it is not possible to return articles but an additional delivery.
If the client can not return the received service or article or only in a deteriorated
condition then he is engaged to provide displacement. A retraction is not possible
if the good has been customized for the client. Also no retraction is possible
for Audio-, Video- or other software, provided that the supplied data medias
have been unsealed by the customer. The defect article hast to be sent to sgier.com.
If sgier.com agrees to the defect there will be a immediate resend of a comparable
article. Retractions because of Hardware incompatibilties are at the outset
not possible. The client has to send the defect article to sgier.com on his
own charges.
§ 7 Warranty, Bonding
sgier.com declines any warranty for delivered articles. Any debits, direct or
indirect accrued from the business connection, will be declined categorical,
without exeptions. sgier.com can NOT in any way, be liable. Possible warranties
on new products are to be claimed with the manufacturer/supplier.
§ 8 Dispute
In case of dispute, in any circumstances, the swiss law will be applying.
§ 9 Salvatoric clause
If some of the above paragraphes should not be effective then it will not affect the other
determinations.
